In general tasting all the great wines and pairing them with the foods from all these talented chefs! Raw Oysters from B&G with a Chablis...yum yum! A spicy Alsatian Gewurztraminer paired with sushi from Uni Sashimi Bar...heck yeah!

ReplyDeleteMy fiance and I started really getting into wine a couple of years ago, this would be an awesome chance to try many wines and learning to pair them with foods! Food & wine, YUMMY! :)

ReplyDeleteI would love to attend the wine Expo. I love trying new wines, especially wines from Spain that are not always easy to find in Boston. I have been dying to try Tavern Road and would love to attend the cooking demo :)
