Several new events and features for the expo have just been announced including:
- New chefs on the demonstration stage including Ming Tsai, Jody Adams, Barbara Lynch, Daniel Bruce and more.
- Information on exhibitors and their products, with the ability to search for keyword, interest or country and locate them live on the show floor.
- Additional seminars (with even more being added soon) including the "one Hour Wine Expert" with Kevin Zraly, the Terroir of Chile with Elizabeth Butler of Viña Mayu and Jake Pippin of Vine Connections, and Dave Willis, head of distilling at Boston's Bully Boy Distillers will talk about craft distilling and sample Bully Boy's award-winning spirits.
