All of the food was so creative, and the beer pairings were perfect. I especially loved Leinenkugel’s Grapefruit Summer Shandy paired with the squid ink rigatoni and fresh clams and the Blue Moon Cinnamon Horchata with the seared rice onigiri.
In addition to the great food and drink, we also learned a lot about pairing food and beer from our hosts. It was a lot of fun, and I definitely hope to check out Ribelle and some of the special Miller Coors brews again soon.
