A Preview of Liquid Art House

          The Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) just launched it's new “R & D” Restaurant Series to offer a first Look at Boston’s newest restaurants. The new series gives chefs and restaurateurs the opportunity to showcase their menus, cuisine and concepts, while processing direct feedback in an open forum and in a very transparent way.

           The series starts this Thursday April 10th from 6-8PM, with an inaugural event featuring Chef Rachel Klein of Liquid Art House at The Arlington (slated for May opening). The event will be set in a cocktail setting and Chef Klein will unveil their launch menu for the art lounge: a multi-sensory “artwalk” of global street food, dumplings and other surprises. Owner Ruta Laukien and Chef de Cuisine Ensan Wong will also be on hand to chat with test diners about their experience. The evening will conclude with a private tour of the new restaurant space for guests.
